7th SPIN

Public HearingThe Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Norte (S.P.I.N.) is the law making body of the Province of Ilocos Norte.  It is composed of 10 Regular Members and 3 Ex-Officio Members and headed by the Vice-Governor.  The members of the 7th S.P.I.N. were:

Our term started last 1 July 2007 and ended last 30 June 2010.  The Secretary of the Board is Mrs. Mildred R. Lamoste.

We held our Regular Sessions every Monday, from 2:30pm onwards, at the SP Session Hall inside the Provincial Capitol.  Regular Sessions are open to the general public.
